Ridy Driver Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ridy Driver application ("App") operated by Ridy ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering as a driver and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable rates. You will see the fare amount before completing a ride.

Service Fees

Ridy deducts a service fee from each completed ride. The current fee structure is displayed in the app.

Payouts

Earnings are paid out through mobile money (Zaad or eDahab). Payout schedules and minimum thresholds are displayed in your Earnings section.

Emergency Features

The App includes emergency features such as SOS alerts and trusted contact notifications. You should familiarize yourself with these features.

Incident Reporting

Report any safety incidents, accidents, or concerning rider behavior through the app immediately.
